We ship daily to the 48 contiguous states. USPS insured priority mail or FedEx. We ship the same day orders are received or the next day for orders received on weekends or holidays. All of our parts are brand new. Our trains are inspected and serviced. Although we make sure our trains look and run their best when we ship them out, they are over 50 years old and are sold "As Is" meaning they look and operate very nicely but they are not perfect.  Please look at the pics as they are part of the description.  We have been in the retail business for over 25 years with thousands of satisfied customers.
